After breakfast, drive to historical Anuradhapura, the 1st capital of Sri Lanka. The city complex contains a rich collection of archaeological and architectural wonders and the ruins are one of South Asia’s most evocative places. Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.

After breakfast discover the historical city of Polonnaruwa, where kings ruled the central plains of Sri Lanka 800 years ago. The glories of that age can be found in archaeological treasures in the city. Overnight stay in Polonnaruwa/Habarana

In the morning visit Dambulla cave Temple, a Unesco World Heritage Site. It consists of five spectacular caves which contain about 150 absolutely stunning Buddha statues and paintings.

Afterwards drive to Kandy and visit the Royal Botanical Garden in Peradeniya.

In the afternoon, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic. The entire temple complex covers a large area as well as the main shrine and there are numerous other temples and museums within the complex. Overnight stay in Kandy.

After breakfast drive to Colombo, the commercial capital of Sri Lanka, enjoy a city tour including the visit to the Gangarama Temple and the Museum. Afterwards enjoy your final afternoon at the Galle Face Green.

After breakfast go to the airport in time for your flight.
